Welcome to Back to Health Chiropractic
When you first arrive at our office you will be greeted by either Renee, Christy or Jana and you will be given a questionnaire and health history form to complete. This information will be used to help formulate the recommendations for your care.
Comprehensive Consultation & Examination
You will then meet Dr. Glenn or Dr. Jessica, who will take time to listen to your concerns and perform standard physical, orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests to determine if yours is a chiropractic case. A computer scan of your spine using the Subluxation station will then be performed. If necessary your chiropractor may send you for spinal images to visualize the location of any spinal problems, neurological interference, and reveal any pathologies.
On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from todays initial visit.
